Mango von Mallentin is a gorgeous 2 year old German Shepherd. He is always happy and ready to head out; he walks great on leash, with a medium energy level. Mango enjoys greeting people, meets dogs well and does fine in a doggie group-walk. This handsome, big boy is alert, inquisitive, and he has these beautiful amber eyes that can make you fall in love with him instantly. He seems to have an easygoing personality, loves people and craves their affection and attention. He knows his Sit command and is very treat-motivated, taking treats gently. Our super-handsome lad does well in playgroups, which he enters comfortably and excited to explore. He will greet dogs well if they approach him, generally preferring to do his own thing and indicating that he does not like pushy males. He seems more into people and will mostly spend his time asking everyone to pet him. Per the surrender form: Mango is good with kids, good alone in the house, crate-trained, leash-trained and knows: Sit, Quiet, Off, Come and Heel.  A fantastic package of looks, smarts, personality and training, wouldn’t you say? A “perfect 10” on all fronts - but no small dogs or cats, please.
